Each year, the Newnan-Coweta Chamber of Commerce Chamber Board of Directors develops a business plan that guides the work of the organization. In 2006 the Board of Directors, members, and staff made significant strides adding value to our community. When developing the 2007 business plan, the Board built on these successes. The three priority areas of membership value, economic prosperity, and organizational performance expanded to include an additional focus — marketing and revenue. Also, the Board set performance measurements for each area.
