Each year, the Newnan-Coweta Chamber of Commerce Chamber Board of Directors develops a business plan that guides the work of the organization. In 2009 the Board of Directors, members, and staff made significant strides adding value to our community. When developing the 2010 business plan, the Board built on these successes. The four priority areas are business and community advocacy. membership and marketing, economic prosperity, and organizational performance.  The Board set performance measurements for each area.
