Coweta entrepreneurs benefit from a local concentration of private and public management, technical and financial resources, as well as the advantages offered in Georgia’s pro-business regulatory environment.

A starting point for all entrepreneurs is the small business services offered by the Coweta Chamber of Commerce.

The Chamber offers small and start-up businesses a number of programs including:

The Early Bird Breakfast

This is the Chamber’s signature event! Monthly forums attended by 140+ business and community leaders featuring high-profile speakers. Held on the fourth Tuesdays, these events are designed to keep members well informed about business and regional issues. Cost for members to participate is $5. You will want to be a part of these exciting events!

The Genius Series

Quality training designed for the small business owner. The Genius Series is part of Chamber University. It was created to provide quality, affordable, "how to" training for the small business owner. The program is designed to take small business owners to a new level of growth and profitability.

Business After Hours

These quarterly business-after-hours networking functions provide an unusual approach to business prospecting. Members solve the mystery as a part of networking activities. “Mystery in the Boardroom” provides members a way to meet new people, gather business leads, and network with fellow Chamber members. Cost for members to participate is $10 depending on sponsorship support.

The Big "0" New Member Orientation

New Member Orientation is a very important first step for a new member of the Newnan-Coweta Chamber. New members are invited to attend this after-hours activity to learn more about Chamber programs and services, benefits or membership, and involvement opportunities. New members receive a personalized invitation to attend. At the end, the winner of the networking game is awarded a "member spotlight" article in the Chamber newsletter. No cost to participate.

Networking at Noon

Debuting Early-2006, these informal, monthly lunches provide two-way communication between members and the Chamber President and Board Chair in a group dialogue format. Members are invited and encouraged to participate and provide feedback. No cost to participate.

Big Expo

This annual event creates a higher level of awareness for a diverse array of products and services to the business community. Members have the opportunity to expose their business to thousands of potential clients, great networking opportunities, more business leads, and outstanding local community exposure. Plan now to showcase your business at the BigExpo!
