The Membership Value Committee works to enhance membership value through programs, services, and advocacy. This committee conducts member surveys to determine wants, needs and satisfaction levels; evaluates Chamber events; identifies non-members and determines what would attract them to Chamber membership; and conducts ongoing assessments of Chamber programs.

• Began process to re-evaluate all events to ensure quality and value
• Began process to conduct exit interviews with non renewing members
• Hosted several industry focus groups to better understand member needs and interests
