The Organizational Performance Committee, limited to Chamber Board members, ensures that the Chamber is continually evaluating and improving its operations to better achieve its mission. This committee analyzes the Chamber’s organizational framework and makes recommendations for updates and improvements. It also helps ensure that the appropriate technology and staff development resources are in place and in use to support the Chamber’s goals.

• Conducted time-use survey for staff and contractors to evaluate best use of Chamber’s human resources
• Began process to analyze organizational framework
• Conducted a technology assessment
• Conducted Board member skill assessment according to the objectives of the organization’s priorities
• Used assessment information to develop a meaningful Board selection process
