These ad hoc committees coordinate seasonal events like the Annual Golf Classic, Bowling Adventure, BigExpo (trade show), and the Shareholders Celebration. Committee members help secure sponsors, determine locations and help promote participation from fellow members and the broader audience.

For the first year the BigEXPO had a Title Sponsor – The Summit Healthplex. In addition, The Summit Healthplex BigEXPO’s Facilities Sponsor for this year was the Summit Family YMCA. The media sponsors were Comcast Spotlight, Magic 98.1 and WCOH AM 1400. There were 19 Corporate Sponsors. Combining Sponsors and Exhibitors there were 110 companies representing the diversity of business in Coweta County. The theme “Think Coweta First” was the cornerstone of The Summit Healthplex BigEXPO. The Pre-EXPO Business Networking with Coweta County’s Largest Employers provided the exhibitors the opportunity to promote their products/services in a focused, targeted and professional environment.
