DESCRIPTION:National Volunteer Month is a time to recognize the incredible individuals who give their time and talents to strengthen our organizations and serve our neighbors. We are excited to have one of our very own share at this meeting. Please come and be a part of this great group as we hear from Hope Brown\, Executive Director of Clothes Less Traveled. CLT has been operating since 1997 with day-to-day operations run by a small team of employees alongside hundreds of incredible volunteers. Learn how this sustainable model has created an incredible community impact for almost 30 years. During this meeting\, we'll share ideas\, best practices\, and strategies for recruiting\, engaging\, and retaining volunteers. \n\n \n\nWe encourage you to bring staff members who work directly with volunteers or whose role includes volunteer coordination or management\, as this conversation will be especially valuable for them.
