Lunch and Learn: Working with AI
AI is a multi-faceted topic filled with hyperbole and warnings. How will AI impact jobs? Will it extend our capabilities and open new opportunities? Will we all become lazy and stupid or perhaps unemployable and homeless? Will we be able to trust anything we see or hear? We can’t answer all those questions during lunch, but we can start with some basics. For this Lunch and Learn, we will focus on:
- Guidelines for Working with AI Tools (like ChatGPT, Gemini and Anthropic) - Basic Principles and Sample Uses
- Effective and Practical Techniques - Writing and Refining Prompts to Get Better Responses

2024 Lunch and Learn: Small Business and Cybersecurity
Come grab some lunch with the Chamber and learn about the current state of cybersecurity for small businesses and how many businesses are actually at risk despite believing they are "too small to matter."
Alex Rieffel of a PC of Mind will offer free no-obligation hacker scans to those in attendance. This gives each person the opportunity to scan a QR code, answer some basic questions in 30 seconds or less, and the a PC of Mind team will begin to prepare a report in a matter of minutes that reveals to them just how exposed they are. They can then take that report to their current provider or internal IT staff, or schedule a consultation with a PC of Mind. In addition to cybersecurity, Managed IT and Digital Strategy will also be topics of discussion.
About the Presenter:
Alex Rieffel, 41, llives in Senoia with his wife and two children, Noah, 13 and Callie, 8. His education is in Computer Science and Information Security and he currently holds 32 Industry leading certifications.
Alex’s career began in Information Technology at Chick-fil-A corporate. From there, he progressed up the career ladder as a sole contributor for multiple companies but ultimately began taking on leadership roles for FinTech companies, eventually becoming the VP of Global Infrastructure, DevOps, Networking, and Cloud Technologies for Nuvei.
At 39, Alex had a major health scare and wished to spend more time with his family, and started "a PC of mind." They are now in year 2 of business and growing rapidly.
