    Job Description
    The Coweta Family Connection Coordinator is a contract position which has no benefits included. The salary range for this contract position is $40,000-$48,000. The Coordinator provides leadership, planning, facilitation, and coordination services for the Coweta Family Connection Collaborative and its partners.

    Job Responsibilities:
    • Develop and maintain key partnerships within the community to promote the collaborative.
    • Serve as liaison between the collaborative chair, fiscal agent, committee and strategy team chairs, collaborative members, and state and regional partners.
    • Work with collaborative partners to ensure maximum participation in Family Connection activities.
     
    • Keep community members aware of the Family Connection Collaborative activities, meetings, and results.
    • Attend and participate in monthly regional peer- to- peer network meetings,; Georgia Family Connection state level meetings, and training.
    • Attend and participate in collaborative partner events and, local community meetings.
    • Strive to build a strong relationship with all county agencies, the faith community, business partners, and families.
    • Create collaborative meeting agenda in partnership with the collaborative leadership.
    • Coordinate and organize all meetings and strategy teams including the ability to lift and move items needed for meeting set up.
    • Collect monthly local data statistics from key organizations serving the community.
    • Maintain and analyze data and create reports  to illustrate trends.
    • Maintain data during monthly meetings to update email lists and contact information.
    • Manage all collaborative correspondence including email, website, and social media.
    • Use various forms of communication to promote collaborative events.
    • Serve as staff to the collaborative, its standing and temporary committees, and strategy teams, and act as connection point to foster collaboration.
    • Maintain and update comprehensive resource directory.
    • Prepare expenditure reports in accord with the needs of fiscal agent and Family Connection grant requirements.
    • Work with the Collaborative chair and fiscal agent to ensure all expenditures are appropriate and recorded properly, and that the budget modifications are handled in accord with Georgia Family Connection policy.
    • Develop and coordinate implementation of the collaborative annual plan as guided by the collaborative governing body and supported by collaborative partners.
    • Produce required quarterly reports, annual self-assessment, and other reports as required by Georgia Family Connection, the governing body, or fiscal agent.
