This months topic will be: Mental Fitness Training Rob McKinney has worked as a safety professional in the construction industry since 2001. He worked his way up from a site Safety coordinator to Safety Director. He has participated in safety-focused groups such as the ASSE, AGC, and other Construction Trade Associations. His love for technology led him to create a blog site dedicated to construction technology and co-found the ConTechCrew podcast and ConTechRoadshow. As the ConAppGuru, Rob has delivered presentations at national and regional construction conferences since 2013. He is focused on educational efforts for the construction industry about the benefits of using technology to improve safety workflows and mental health efforts. Rob is currently focused on coaching construction professionals about the benefits of mental fitness training.
