Description

WETC continues our “Be Your Best Self” series in August by helping you make over your diet. Our presenters will be Samantha Brooks of Bright Eyes Nutrition, Christine Issa, of Nutrition Counseling Services, and Dr. Jennifer McGehee of Balanced Family Wellness. These ladies will discuss how to maintain a healthy lifestyle through our food choices. In addition, Chef Carol of Something Special will create a healthy, but oh-so-delicious meal!
