Marcia Smith with Arthur Murphy CPA shares her time and talents in all she does. An extremely positive and enthusiastic leader, Marcia also co-chairs the Women’s Entrepreneurs Thrive in Coweta program and serves on several special event committees in addition to her numerous duties as a Chamber Ambassador. She can be seen at most events greeting guests with a smile and a greeting as they arrive. |

Julio Muniz with Franchisland, LLC was recognized for extraordinary contributions of time and leadership that resulted in tangible benefits to the Chamber and its members. A 2010 Volunteer of the Month, Julio serves as a Chamber Ambassador and is engaged in many activities at the Chamber. One of the things that members find most endearing about Julio is his amazing sense of humor. |

Jenny Fritz with United Community Bank wears many hats at the Chamber. An Ambassador and chairman of the Chamber’s largest event, Big Expo, she provides strong leadership in all of her roles. A long standing volunteer, Jenny’s enthusiasm for the Chamber is infectious and inspiring. |

Mark Fritz with the Bank of Coweta recently completed a term on the Board of Directors. He’s served as an Ambassador, chaired the Bowling Adventure and chaired the Entrepreneur Friendly program as well. A leader by example, Mark represents the spirit of volunteerism. |

Bonnell Aluminum who demonstrated over the past, very difficult, 3 years achieved significant key results which included no lost time injuries in over 4 years with more than 2.5MM man hours worked safely, reduction of the breakeven point, allowing the facility to be profitable at much lower volume levels; a 15% improvement in business levels so far in 2010 over 2009; and a reduction in water usage in the plant by over 90% over the past several years. |
Dunaway Gardens, a one of a kind rock and floral garden that boasts unsurpassed beauty throughout the seasons and is now described as one of the south's largest natural rock and floral gardens, posted its most successful year since reopening. This unique facility hosted more than 62 events and enjoyed more than 40,000 visitors. |
Dr. Jorge Amador MD - Family Practice, Piedmont Physicians Group at Newnan Crossing East, a family practice doctor who treats the whole family, from childhood through geriatric care, became profitable in 2010. With current changes in insurance, he considers himself and his practice ahead of the industry curve. Consistently scoring in the 99th percentile of the Press Ganey scale, a recognized measurement of medical performance, he regularly gives back to the community. |
