CanAm Bookkeeping provides monthly bookkeeping, cleanup and catch-up work, payroll support, and forensic review for more than 100 small businesses across the US. Founded in 2020, our team of 15 gives owners books they can actually trust — and act on.

What sets us apart is how we look. Founder Bev Ottone spent 28 years in corporate finance, including as Director of Global Technology in Finance at IHG Hotels, before bringing that discipline to small business. Every engagement runs through our ASK – VERIFY – BOOK – FLAG™ method: ask what it is, verify it against source documents, book it correctly, and flag what doesn't hold up. About 95% of new clients arrive with something on the books that shouldn't be there.
