About Us

Michael Clark is a real estate professional with eXp Realty serving Newnan, Senoia, and communities throughout Coweta County, as well as nearby areas such as Peachtree City. Today he works full-time helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate the real estate process with clear communication, practical insight, and a strong understanding of how homes are built.

Before entering real estate full-time, Michael spent more than 30 years in the film industry working primarily in special effects and construction departments, where he was involved in complex mechanical builds and large-scale set structures. During that time he was also involved in residential construction projects, building and selling homes and purchasing properties as real estate investments. Along with more than twenty years as a licensed general contractor, this experience gives him practical insight into how homes are built and what to look for when evaluating a property.

Today Michael focuses on helping clients make informed, confident decisions in the real estate market through careful evaluation of homes, strong negotiation on their behalf, and a thoughtful strategy guided by data and focused on results.
