Through PurposedHR, I equip leaders to build thriving teams from compliance to culture. As someone who worked in the fast-pace of manufacturing and medical for 17 years helping management learn to speak to their team and make people decisions, I now serve organizations who understand that people are their greatest asset. I architect purposeful people programs including HR foundations, culture assessments and roadmaps, leadership and communication workshops. I am a certified DiSC and Five Behaviors practitioner, as well as certified in DDI curriculum. I have a bachelors in psychology and business.
I love to travel and I love animals.
