It's that time again for our Annual Business Women's Mammograms and Lunch. This year we have a new mammogram location - Piedmont Newnan Faye Hendirx-Ware Health Center. As in year's past, we will meet for a Dutch Treat lunch following the mammograms. Even if you are unable to participate in the mammograms, we hope you'll join us for a fun and relaxing lunch. Stay tuned for more details.

Attached are questions you will need to answer and include in your email when you email to schedule your appointment. Also attached is a breast history questionnaire that can either be completed and brought in at the time of the appointment or completed upon arrival. Appointments will be assigned via email unless you request a call from the scheduler.
