This is an interactive leadership session let by Jill Raymond, CSP, EHS, that challenges how safety decisions are made when context is missing. Using hands on exercises and real-world case studies, participants will experience firsthand how clarity of purpose drives better judgment, alignment, and safer outcomes… even when conditions change.
 
The session equips leaders with practical tools to move beyond compliance and build shared into across an organization.

Jill Raymond is a Certified Safety Professional and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) leader who believes safety should make sense to real people doing real work.
 
She brings nearly 20 years of experience leading EHS programs across manufacturing, building products, packaging, and food processing. Her work has led to major injury reductions, ISO certifications, and safety programs that people actually use.
 
Jill holds a Master’s in Occupational Safety and Health from Georgia Tech and a Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering from Auburn.
