This interactive session will focus on Human Performance and employee engagement best practices.

Phil will lead the group through thought provoking questions, workplace stories, and videos highlighting situations companies considered “normal” until an incident exposed the risk. The discussion will challenge attendees to examine accepted workplace behaviors and consider how leadership expectations influence employee decisions.

The central message is simple...people’s actions rise or fall to the level of expectations established and demonstrated by their leaders.
