Please join the Newnan-Coweta Chamber in celebrating the ribbon cutting of Pure Barre! Pure Barre is a 50-minute group fitness class. It is inspired by dance, Pilates, and yoga. Classes are instructor led, and music driven. You use the barre and other fitness equipment, like weights, and resistance, to hold a series of full body positions, then incorporate small movements that target your major muscle groups. This creates a fun workout that is high intensity, but low impact, making it a sustainable part of your fitness routine. Lunch will be served.
