    We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-conscious Warehouse Team Member to support our logistics and distribution operations. This position plays an important role in keeping warehouse operations running efficiently—from receiving and stocking materials to inventory management, order fulfillment, and shipping. The ideal candidate is a team player with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and experience operating warehouse and material-handling equipment. A commitment to workplace safety and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are essential. Key Responsibilities Safely operate warehouse and material-handling equipment, including reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, cranes, and order pickers. Load, unload, move, and organize materials efficiently while following all required safety procedures. Perform inventory control activities using RF scanners and warehouse management systems to maintain accurate inventory and support order fulfillment. Stock shelves, pick and pack orders, and prepare shipments according to customer and company specifications. Support shipping and receiving operations by verifying incoming materials against purchase orders and accurately updating inventory records. Perform cycle counts, stock rotation, and other inventory-related activities as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Handle heavy and oversized materials using appropriate equipment and safe material-handling practices. Follow OSHA guidelines, company safety procedures, and PPE requirements at all times. Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily warehouse, shipping, and customer service goals. Qualifications & Skills Previous warehouse, distribution, logistics, or material-handling experience preferred. Experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, order pickers, cranes, or similar equipment. Familiarity with warehouse management systems and inventory software; experience with AS400 or similar systems is a plus. Knowledge of shipping and receiving, order picking and packing, inventory control, and loading/unloading processes. Ability to safely perform physical work, including lifting and moving heavy materials. Strong attention to detail and accuracy when counting, measuring, picking, and verifying materials. Basic math skills and the ability to accurately interpret quantities and measurements. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and established safety procedures. Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills. Commitment to maintaining a safe, clean, and productive work environment.
