• Customer Service Representative with Blickle USA

    Blickle USA is seeking a full time M-F 8am-5pm salaried Customer Service Representative starting at $40k

    POSITION SUMMARY
    Responsible for delivering a best-in-class customer service experience for each customer in addition to supporting Regional Sales Manager, Engineering and Operations colleagues. The position requires a balance of customer maintenance, efficiently handling all customer account challenges while maintaining communication continuity and integrity.

     
    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
    Essential Functions Statement(s)
     
    • Responsible for inside sales, timely response and coordination of activities between customer accounts, Regional Sales Manager, and all other departments. Maintains favorable working relationships with all parties.
       
    • Promptly responds to phone calls, voice messages, e-mails, and all customer communications.
     
    • Utilizes XRM/SAP system to process and confirm customer orders, prepare quotations, and view pertinent sales data to serve customers.
     
    • Manages/maintains database information for assigned customer accounts, collecting and accurately capturing relevant customer data in system.
       
    • Engages in follow-up activities by phone and e-mail to resolve open quotations, settle past-due account balances, and revive business from inactive customers.
       
    • Handles confidential information and contacts with discretion.
     
    • Ability to comply with all Blickle Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) requirements and other applicable federal, state, and local EHS requirements.

    SKILLS & ABILITIES
    Education : High school completion is a requirement, an Associates or Bachelor’s degree is desired.
     
    Experience : Recommended 2 years of experience in customer service, inside sales, or similar position.
     
    Computer Skills:  Excellent PC application skills (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Office). SAP familiarity is helpful.
     
    Other Requirements
    This position has access to very sensitive business information and is subject to a signed Confidentiality and Invention Assignment Agreement. Understanding of scheduling, purchasing, production, transportation, credits, debits, and accounting terms. Ability to work in a changing team environment, with efficiency, accuracy and as a professional. Must be flexible and willing to work in areas and on problems that may not normally be part of the position but required for the efficient operation of the business. Must be professional in working with different personalities and under occasional stressful situations.

     

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS
    Ability to work in a sitting or standing position for 8 hours per day.  Ability to lift up to 50 pounds without discomfort.
