Overview
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Packers to join our team. As a Packer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products are packaged efficiently and accurately, ready for shipment to our valued customers. This position requires a commitment to quality and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities

• Accurately pack products into boxes or containers according to specified guidelines.
• Inspect items for quality assurance before packaging to ensure they meet company standards.
• Label packages clearly and correctly for shipping purposes.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Report any issues or discrepancies in packaging materials or products to supervisors promptly.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity for handling various products.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Basic math skills for counting and measuring items accurately.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment is a plus but not required.
• Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing tasks as needed.
